Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

Don't misuse our services. Don't interfere with our services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Using our products and services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our services or the content you access. You may not use content from our services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don't remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

A. License

By purchasing a product of Ceymox:

The customer will receive source code open 100%.

The customer will obtain a License Certificate, which will remain valid until the customer stops using the product or until Ceymox terminates this License because of the Customer's failure to comply with any of its Terms and Conditions. Each License Certificate includes a license serial, which is valid for one live Magento installation only and unlimited test Magento installations.

You are allowed to customize our products to fit your use purpose.

B. Copyright

Ceymox is the copyright holder of all software sold on this site. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any products without Ceymox's permission is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part of any other software, product, or website.

C. Updates

Ceymox updates and improves our extensions on a timely basis. All Ceymox extensions come with free technical support and updates for 3 months from the date of purchase, after which they will be paid.

Ceymox reserves all rights to determine which products will be updated and when or to discontinue product updates.

Ceymox reserves its right to reject refund requests in the following cases:

1. The extension fails to function as promised but was not reported within the refund period(Refund period: 30 days from the date of purchase).

2. The refund request is made for the same product the second time.

3. Installation, support, and customization services are non-refundable.

Ceymox disclaims responsibility for any technical problems that are caused if:

1. The customer does not use the latest version of the extension.

2. The customer does not use the right version of the extension for the relative Magento and/or PHP version.

3. The customer uses the edition of the Software that does not correspond to the edition of Magento.

4. The customer has the extension customized/modified by another third party.

5. The customer uses Magento, which is customized.

6. The customer uses the extension in combination with third-party software.

D. Account security and program modifications

It's your responsibility to keep your account information and passwords secure. Be mindful of maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Besides, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. Additionally, accounts violating program policies may be locked or deleted without prior notice.
